On this episode Honoring Small Business owners not only on Hispanic Heritage Month but every month I am so excited to introduce my guest Cristina. IG @sugarmoon_by_cris learned the fine art of Sugaring at one of the top- rated sugaring salons in Los Angeles. It was there that she fell in love with it and decided to further her education in the art by becoming a certified body sugarist. With her expertise lying in Brazilian/Manzilian sugaring, her unique approach to this delicate and intimate service is what has helped her establish herself as one of the top sugarists in the San Fernando Valley. When you come in for your service, check your modesty at the door. Please know that you will always be treated with respect, dignity, and care. You can always count on taking a break from lifes stress and allow you a time to pamper yourself. She loves what she does and hopes it shows when you visit.
Cristina is my Estie Bestie, Sister from another mister, Ride or die and amiga for life and it is a true honor that she allowed me to have her as a guest on my Podcast. On this episode we will dive deep into our experiences, the Esthetician Sugaring community, horror stories, and adventures throughout the years. We talk about the way we met while we were getting trained to do Sugaring Hair Removal, the horror stories from past clients, and our love for sugaring and our clients. What pushed her to officially leave a job that she was not happy with and start her own business. Cristina is one of the people who pushed me and encouraged me to leave and start my own business and I go into that story as well. We go into detail about the things we go through and struggle with as business owners during the Pandemic and in general. How we have managed to still navigate through running our own businesses even through trying times. Enjoy this episode!
