Welcome back! Firstly, I want to apologize for the gap with my uploads. I'm the middle of what seems like a complicated move. For those of you who don't know, I'm a widowed mom and I'm essentially still in the "clean-up" process after losing my fiancée. It's extremely exhausting, but I make an effort to come back to the podcast and Mindful Dose work when I can. Physically, mentally, and spiritually. The move is to get me closer to a village so that I can have the support to work on these projects.
