Jesus recaps 2 of his 3 main teachings:

1.  Don't try to cover up your sins with good works.  God knows your heart.

2. No one is less important than anyone else in the Kingdom of God.

Welcoming children and plucking out your own eye - a lesson in humility.

The disciples cannot heal a man possessed.  Why not?

Jesus takes Peter, James, and John up to a mountain where they see His glory.

Jesus heals a blind man, but it takes two tries.  Then Jesus and Peter get into an argument, and Jesus calls him Satan.

Jesus heals a deaf man, and the Pharisees demand a sign.

Jesus tells a woman that is begging for his help, "It is not right to take the children's bread and feed it to the dogs."  That sounds harsh, but what does it mean?

Jesus feeds people in the wilderness, and makes a connection to Moses

Jesus is rejected by his hometown, and the martyrdom of John the Baptizer.
