I got to speak with Chef Stephanie Krupp, the Executive Chef for Choulala Fine Pastries in Winter Park-  the quaint French bakery specializing in fine French pastries including signature choux cream puffs, eclairs, and macarons.

I spoke to Stephanie about how she got into French Pastries and her love for food, cooking, and baking. We spoke about Choulala and how she got involved in being a partner and also their Executive Chef.

I got to speak with Scott Martini of Great Scott Designs- Scott is a visionary artist/illustrator, who seamlessly merges traditional wood carving techniques with a contemporary touch. Scott's work also explores the intersections between popular culture and traditional art forms. I got to speak with Tyler Brunache of Smokemade Meats + Eats- A locally owned award-winning Central Texas-style BBQ restaurant in Orlando. *

We got to speak about how he got into BBQ and where the love of BBQ comes from. We talked about the difference between Central Texas BBQ and other BBQs. Tyler shared with me the hardest transition from a successful pop-up to now running a brick-and-mortar location.

We also spoke about the food Smokemade Meats is making from scratch- from the sides to the desserts and the amount of time it takes to smoke and let meats rest. To being close to perfect before growing and constant consistency.

How she used her knowledge and experience working at Orlando's 1st brewery to create opportunities and events for local brewers and businesses and a chance to co-own and co-run- The Nook on Robinson.
