This episode (S7:E22) is let's make every Saturday Shop Small Saturday!!! Supporting locally owned businesses is an important part of growing the economy and keeping tax dollars within the local economy. Every dollar spent at a locally owned business has a ripple effect throughout the community; it helps create jobs, support other local businesses, and can even attract tourism. Shopping, and dining at local establishments keeps money in your neighborhood, which means that more people can benefit from the goods and services offered by small businesses in the area. This, in turn, strengthens local economy, encourages entrepreneurship, and helps maintain a thriving economy overall. Therefore, supporting locally owned businesses not only benefits the entrepreneurs behind them but also those living in the community who rely on the economy generated by these businesses.
