All about me this week; normally I dive into the weeks events on social media, celeb news or etc; not this week. I’ve been public before about it but I’ve battled with depression & anxiety that I didn’t realize I had until my late high school years as a result of me watching my brother suffer serious mental issues that climaxed with him doing a three year stint in prison, suffering over a year alone on the infamous Rikers Island. I had to be honest with myself and admit over two decades of watching him struggle eventually made me question myself, we get real this episode like NEVER before. 💪🏽🙏🏾

This week was another sad week due to another senseless police shooting; so I dive deep into that as well as some other less somber issues such as the use of the N word by Gina Rodriguez. I also couldn’t miss the chance to talk about POWER; this season has been a rollercoaster, not a good one either 🙄🙄.

A few topics I wanted to touch on this week; Malik Yoba’s recent admission that he is attracted to transgenders but now gay has confused many, including myself but was he right for storming out of an interview when allegations came to light?. Also; the Botham Jean trial has had the world watching and waiting for justice but before I covered that, I figured I’ll have some light hearted fun that may make you question how much you love your significant other.......Sleeper Song this week is by the Talented Artist Bizzy Crook, his new single is called “Bust A Move” and it is 🔥🔥🔥🔥.
