As Group Director of Property Management at Leaders Roman Group , Kim oversees the running of a large, national team of Property Managers who serve circa 60,000 landlords across the UK, whilst developing the division’s range of services for the benefit of new and existing customers. Kim and I discuss starting off as a 19 year old at Foxtons, followed by Countrywide and then her current role. We discuss what skills are needed for a property manager, people being at the heart of everything, what tech helps, growing and maintaining letting portolios and the power of having a mentor.
