The Book Nobody Can Read

This week I go somewhere completely different — a 600-year-old book called the Voynich Manuscript that, to this day, nobody on Earth has been able to read.

I get into what it actually is, the strange plants and imagery inside it, the parade of people over the last century who've each claimed to "solve" it (and been proven wrong), and the main theories still floating around!

Could it be a real lost language, invented cipher, elaborate hoax, or something else entirely.

No answers here, just a genuinely fun rabbit hole.

For the last 400 years, Human Design says the Earth has been running through something called the Cross of Planning, the collective drive to build structure, systems, and stability: cities, schools, five-year plans, thirty-year mortgages. But that cross is said to end on February 15th, 2027, giving way to the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix, a shift toward individual empowerment, intuition, and emotional truth over logic and control.

In this episode, I break down what the Cross of Planning and the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix actually mean, including the wild idea that our emotions are evolving into a legitimate Awareness Centre in the Human Design chart, a real source of knowing, not just noise to manage. And I get honest about how much this mirrors my own year: learning to stop planning and controlling everything, and starting to actually trust what I feel instead.

I share my personal journey of growing up as an undiagnosed Reflector in a world that told me to be louder, do more, and push harder. How that conditioning followed me into motherhood and eventually into burnout, a stage 3 lipedema diagnosis, and MCAS that had my body in full breakdown mode.
