Bonus Episode! I was given the amazing opportunity to interview Lupe Fiasco for Kingsize Magazine, ahead of his release of his latest album Samurai. An album that was inspired by the hypothetical scenario of Amy Winehouse being a battle rapper, based off of a voice note that she sent where she imagines herself as one. The conversation goes into the creative process, how Lupe creates music, his routines, how he came up with the idea of the project and if the music actually has some Japanese elements to it or not?
