It is safe to say social media can hinder ones character by the view of others to how we  ourselves, and respond to uploads and comments. There are pro’s and con’s but the approach in which we take can either build our mental health or keep up self isolated. Words enhances feelings and feelings develop us to action or not to take action. Social Media has a fast pace world in which any and everyone can be an influencer by there voice being shared but the real question is how do we create healthy boundaries to main happiness. It is important to remember social media should add to your happiness and not take it away!

Nevertheless, life is not easy and so Social Media  can hinder or hurt us also. Social Media detox and grounding techniques can build any one up and stay present within life.
