Cessation of sacrifices in belief of Jesus: The son of God ~ God himself said ‘it is done’ on the cross.
The apologetics on this from catholic radio state that it doesn’t say anywhere that you don’t need a re-representation of the sacrifice to make it fruitful in your life. He mockingly said : ‘the famous Hebrews 10 - the once and for all sacrifice’ holy lord of god - I interject here my Lord - forgive them I believe they did not know what they were doing. Yet your will be done. As it is said Psalm 1:1 Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers.
The son of God ~ God himself said ‘it is done’ on the cross.
It does say it is absolutely a sacrifice once and for all. That’s is the end of it.
Only someone who doesn’t believe in Christ - the anti-Christ, promotes sacrifice now. That’s because he didn’t believe in Christ so he doesn’t believe Christ’s sacrifice was enough.
This means he doesn’t have the Pentecost spirit within from Christ to sanctify him - as it is written Hebrews 10: 21 And having an high priest over the house of God is the relationship with God through the presence of the high priest through the Holy Spirit because they believe and have been saved ~
Hebrews 10:18 Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.
It is only those who do not believe who have not been saved and thus do need to offer anything further for sin.
In other words those who are against Christ (anti-Christ).
When Paul goes on to explain the difference between Christians and the anti-Christ he states It clearly ~ Hebrews10: 11 And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:
12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;
He states very clearly those that are *not* in him (those he is not with by means of Holy Spirit) are not in acceptance of his offering as they are not believers and are seen as enemies:
13 From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool.
It is NOT a good idea to be friends with the anti-Christ and be an enemy of Christ... ever... but it is important to pray for their recovery and redemption. I love all my Christians and the devotion of many Catholics to find out more - I love it so much... but there has to come a time of decision - to ascend into fullness of belief and allow Jesus - honestly into the heart and soul and devote in a higher accordance with the *Holy Ghost ~ God himself by trusting fully in God and this goes to all Christians not just this denomination - to all. Yet especially those in disobedience. He has used it for good because the effort has led to reverence on one level. Faith without works is dead. Yet it must be through faith and not works... God in other words first and not the other way around. Our faith must be authentic, real and true.
You must not sacrifice - give up anything or suffer as in a burden ~ 18. 2 CORINTHIANS 8:12–15, GIVING SHOULDN’T BE A BURDEN
For if the readiness is there, it is acceptable according to what a person has, not according to what he does not have. For I do not mean that others should be eased and you burdened, but that as a matter of fairness your abundance
It should be out of God centred... what is God? Love. Yes. An abundance of Love, kindness, charity - out of the abundance therefore, of the love you receive through being with and only can you do this... with... the Holy Spirit - Jesus - God.
