This episode was inspired by Naomi Osaka, the tennis player who decided to take a break to get her mental health together. This episode made me think about how Genzie is confronting mental health head on and how we are starting to take our mental health seriously. After the year that we had last year and everything that’s still going on today, I think it’s more important than ever to make sure our mental health is still intact. I’ll discuss blindness and how I have managed to live my life being blind, the struggles that I have faced as a blind person and how I get things done despite having a disability. I hope this is and informative episode and that you learn something that you didn’t know. I also hope that this can inspire those who have disabilities to not allow those things to control your life.
