This week on LYLAS: Amy and Anne, we are bringing absolutely no shortage of opinions from the fitness competition incident involving the woman who shit herself, to our very unsolicited thoughts on Dancing with the Stars, and Amy’s ongoing annoyance with a child in the lobby of her daughter’s dance class.

We also get into Amy’s new expander (because apparently we’re still finding new ways to torture ourselves), Anne’s dating life, and the realization that getting older apparently means dairy is now our enemy.

Basically: questionable opinions, oversharing, aging bodies, dating, reality TV, and two women who probably should have kept some of these thoughts to themselves.

Season 2, Episode 1: Guess Who’s Back!

After a much-needed summer break, LYLAS is officially back! 🎙️💕

In our Season 2 kickoff, we catch up on everything that happened over the summer, including Anne’s dating life (because obviously we need the details 👀), some true crime rabbit holes, and the Lindsay Clancy trial.

And this season, we’re leaning ALL the way into what makes LYLAS! We’ve been best friends for 30 years, but we are also have a lot of opposite interests. Anne loves books. Amy loves true crime and reality TV. Naturally, we decided to share that with you!
