"It's 2019, here I was...374 pounds...probably more because I started my journey before I went to the doctor and I know I was down a few pounds by then. I felt like I'd always be trapped in this body because the damage I'd done was too much to reverse at this point...but to be honest I've always loved a challenge. ๐Ÿ˜ I made my New Years resolution to get healthy and drop some pounds and take back my life back under control from obesity. They say New Years Resolutions don't last but here I am, over 100 pounds down! I started out small, like just walking my dogs and counting my calories. As time has progressed, I've introduced lifting and cleaned up my diet. I was afraid of for years, but I've lost more weight lifting that I wasn't losing while just doing cardio. I still do cardio it's just not my main focus. I have cleaned up my diet but at the same time I don't deprive myself from stuff I love. It's just not something I can maintain for the rest of my life. I can't promise you it's not gonna be hard but I can promise you it's worth it!"
