In this episode, I talk about noticing a synchronicity between my last two episodes both running 16 minutes and 9 seconds, and I share my theory that people see synchronicities when they're in a flow state, whether that state is positive or negative. I mention a moment where Siri seemed to respond while I was talking, which isn't the first time it's happened. I get into a conversation I had with ChatGPT about duality and whether opposites are always positive/negative, and connect that to binary code. I talk about robotaxis and how much I enjoy not having to drive, then move into thoughts on automation replacing jobs, the possibility of a world without money, and how AI and technology could be used with positive intention. I share a message directed at the current U.S. leadership about choosing a positive path forward. I also talk through some personal experiences with energy, healing sessions, and periods of moving between what I describe as positive and negative states, including events tied to a traumatic experience I had a couple of years ago. I close by reflecting on how perspective shapes experience and wish listeners well.

In this episode, I talk about the hot weather in Ohio and how much I love the heat, even though I've been stuck in air conditioning all day because of work and because I have a hedgehog at home that needs to stay cool. I share how my day went working on the design side of a Magento 2 application I'm building, and why I enjoy front-end work like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS more than general programming. I get into some memories of swimming growing up and how I think things might have gone differently if I'd been raised another way. I talk about parenting, taking responsibility for how kids turn out, and how much it would mean to me if my parents listened to this podcast, since I don't currently have a relationship with my son. I also share some thoughts on positive and negative energy, questions I have about whether there's a larger negative agenda at play, and a theory I've been forming about the self versus the "other self." I close out after running into some computer issues that ended up taking the rest of my energy for the night.

In this episode, I talk about alignment with what I call the "other self" — the equal counterpart to us that I've talked about before, and how being honest with yourself and others is the key to connecting with it. I share a personal story about a promise I made to never lie to myself or anyone else, and how that shift eventually brought me into alignment. I also talk about a falling out I had with a group of people over dishonesty and inconsistency in how someone represented their feelings to different people. I get into a Facebook exchange I had with a stranger about nose-picking, which turns into a bigger point about authenticity versus ego. I talk about the difference between the ego and the soul, what it means to work in partnership with your other self rather than trying to merge with it, and a period of a few days where I felt like I was walking around without a soul. I close with some thoughts on writing versus speaking, and why I think voice carries a different kind of frequency.
