Motivated sellers in Real Estate generally are people wanting to sell because of an uncomfortable situation such as debt, death, age, etc. However, my worst motivated seller in real estate was about the most arrogant person I have met in general and worse still in real estate. I was head to head with him in everything. Disclaimer, we all learn and grow from mistakes but this guy repeatedly butted heads with me and just refused to understand business 101 and to explain simple questions I'd ask such as, "what renovations were done on the property?" Personally, I don't think that's too much to ask when buying a property, however, it was pulling teeth hence I call him my worst seller in 2020, in fact, in all time.

It took me a long time to actually put this video up, cos we all go through struggles, however, I just had to share. In real estate, we will come across the most interesting and also the most arrogant type of people that just refuse blatantly to understand.

Real Estate Agents are people just like you and me. Working with a Real Estate Agent is not as difficult as you think. They have databases that property investors can tap into. When you find real estate agents that do not want to work with you, it's ok. Move onto the next. It's part of life. I may like tea and you may like coffee. His property growth has happened so rapidly that he now is tutoring under a business coach to help him create a clear structure of his business and help him focus on working on his business over working for his business.
