Aon has approached the US Department of Justice with an ante of concessions in hopes of remedying antitrust concerns associated with its pending Willis Towers Watson acquisition, CTFN reported this week.

The European Commission is expected to begin market testing a revised remedy package presented by Aon in conjunction with the review of its acquisition of Willis Towers Watson soon, possibly as early as next week, CTFN reported late Friday.
