Jose Colon, one of the men convicted of killing Massachusetts State Trooper George Hanna back in 1983 is up for parole. Colon was 20 years old at the time of the murder and now qualifies for a parole hearing under the state’s new law that gives juveniles between the ages of 18-20 a second chance. Gov.
