28-year-old Shawneesha Cobbs was arrested after an incident at Applebee's in Portage, IN. Even though she was told the "all-you-can-eat wings, riblets, and double-crunch shrimp" deal was per person, she shared with everyone at her table. So, when the bill came and each person had been charged, Shawneesha spoke her mind, then got arrested for being "loud & disorderly."
