The retirement episode, knowing that eventually we will all hit a certain age where retirement will be only around the corner, the team decide to have a go at attacking it head on. As per usual, there's a some deep conversations but plenty of laughs along the way too.

In this episode we talk to Jake Krotje ( @theflyingdutchmanco ) an automotive manufacturer, his story shows what it takes to turn your life around and get back into the zone. A great guy whose skills literally speak for themselves, oh and he can also weave bacon! We had fun discussing all the cool things that he has done.

This week we have Peter Bingman (IG @bing3520 ) as a guest host, he is an applications engineer for Open Mind , a Chicago based CADCAM baby who specialises in the installation/use/support of @hypermill which is arguably one of the best 5-axis CAM software suites available on the market, we like to think of Peter as being the ‘Walter White’ of the CAM industry as he is basically a wizard, he’s a humble guy who lets his work speak for itself. Reflecting on days of being kids and how on earth we all ended up in this industry, the guys take on a fun topic, is Lego still valuable today? Does Bert know the difference between mine craft and mine sweeper? and they try to understand if having a banana seat on a bmx was a good idea.

If you like Moto-Cross and Machining, then you'll get on really well with Clayton Miller of Trick Engineering, based in Texas. A former Supercross and Motocross racer who turned into a machinist when he saw an opportunity to provide quality MX products to up and coming racers. Providing insight into the racing world and also talking about the struggles of being a small business,
