This week on Macklin's Take me and Matt park up for an hour with Robert Smith, General Secretary of the British Boxing Board of Control.

We see Robert ringside all the time and have meant to get him on the pod for ages, to get the inside track on what it's like working for the sport's oldest and best governing body; the highs, the lows, the ups, the downs, the tears and the laughter.

It was great fun and Robert even felt relaxed enough to give us his top 10 Most Difficult People in British Boxing.

Spoiler alert: That last bit isn't true. Maybe next time :)
