After being away for the last couple of week's at the Men's World Amateur Championships in Belgrade me and Matt decided to delve deep into the amateur code in this episode.

We wanted to talk about all levels, from club to country to elite international level, and we wanted someone with some longevity too, someone who's been around the sport for longer than us and who basically knows better than us.

And we had the perfect man for the job in Kelvyn Travis.

A long time club coach, former international coach of Matt's, Kelvyn has seen it all and was more than happy to give us his views on the amateur scene, the condition it's in now and the changes it's seen down the years.
