This week me and Matt caught up with the one and only Ambrose Mendy.

Best known for his days with Nigel Benn, Ambrose has been an influential figure in British boxing for decades, these days working as an advisor to Boxxer.

There are very few things he hasn't seen in the sport and he has the stories to match.

In this episode he takes us back the early days, casting his mind back to the very first promotion he was involved in and giving us the inside story of how he and Frank Warren cracked British boxing's legendary cartel back in the day.
