With Macklin now safely back from paternity leave and the podcast back on the road, this week we catch up with our great pal Spencer Oliver.

After his career was cut short by injury Spencer very quickly became a pundit and has remained in that role for 25 years. The job has changed a lot over that period, beyond all recognition is some ways, so Spence was the perfect man to fill us in on what has been a fascinating journey for him so far.

He's very relieved there were no camera phones or social media back in the day :)
