This week myself and Matt Macklin are joined by former British and Commonwealth heavyweight champion Scott Welch.

We caught Scott down in sunny Bournemouth where he was preparing his son Tommy for his fight on the Okolie vs CBS card.

We chatted boxing families, the current heavyweight and scene and also took a pretty deep dive into the psychology of boxing and the brutality of suffering and coming back from a knockout.

It was very interesting stuff.
