In this inaugural episode of TEP Spotlights, we'll hear from Principal Dermot Rainey and PSRE Lead Sarah McManus from Saint Ambrose College, Trafford. They share their research-led approach to educating their community about emotional literacy, resulting in a deep understanding of their pupils and the issues behind attitudes towards women. We discuss how using TEP has allowed Dermot to gather feedback from his whole school community, use TEP's precision benchmarking to understand his school's successes and identify areas to investigate further.
