Motherhood...the ultimate teacher of surrender!
I used to think that I like going with the flow, yet let me tell you, motherhood brought a new level of that..
Planning my calls, podcast interviews, abundance activation calls, and eating, showering, working out?
Nothing is as planned and especially as this little 4 months bundle of joy isn’t joyful.
When she is teething and nothing makes her happy and I still get to show up for myself, my husband and biz.
These are some of the things that really helped me....
1. Asking for help – I am pretty awesome but not superwoman to do it all alone. I asked my husband, flew my mom here, ask my friends...
2. Making sure each and every day I have space just for me.
3. Having the right support.
4. Embracing the uncertainty and knowing it’s all passing so really being present to it all. Asking myself...what is this teaching me?
What are some of your tips for me as a new moma?
On this episode, we talked about:
Birth babies without complications
"We would never seek for external assistance if we felt so completely confident in our ability to birth"
"Everything I did 4 years ago was healing trauma, and I didn't know that I was preparing to be a mother"
"If you can truly forgive, you will not hold anything dark in your heart"
About Mama Chel:
I'm thrilled to join you as a podcast guest, sharing my journey and insights as a passionate advocate for sovereign birthing. Having experienced the transformative power of an undisturbed and unmedicated birth, surrounded only by my partner on our Costa Rican farm, I am dedicated to empowering and educating women on the importance of conscious preparation and conception. Through my experiences and deep understanding, I strive to shed light on the beauty and potential of sovereign birthing. Additionally, I've authored the book 'Unweaving the Web of Trauma,' which offers valuable perspectives on how I aligned to this timeline of conscious birthing & conscious motherhood.

Are you afraid that your personal life can affect your biz?
I used to think that the better I feel, the better I manifest, yet that was putting a lot of pressure on me.
We came here to feel it all so when life feels heavy we might be worried it will affect all the work we have done in our biz.
Here is what I found on my journey...
1. You are your biz. Prioritize yourself, put yourself on a calendar, like date with self and make sure to bring grace, love and compassion for yourself.
2. You don’t have to be on your A-game to keep the momentum going. You have planted seeds, you have shown up, give yourself space and grace.
3. Ask for help and don’t do it alone. Learn to prioritize and see what can be delegated, let go of, pause.
Life is a rollercoaster, so make sure that you build a biz that can work with your life no matter what is happening.
If you want to see how to do that make sure to schedule an abundance activation call so we can look where your blind spots can be and how to create new momentum in 2024.

On this episode, we talked about:
Homebirth is safer for my and my baby
"Just because the placenta it's starting to calcify, does not mean the baby is compromised"
"When a person doesn't feel supported, they don't feel seen and cared for, pain is actually far worse"
About Nathan:
Nathan is a father of two, the second of home was born at home. He’s married to his high school sweetheart, Stephanie. He grows food, reads more than he probably should, and enjoys coffee, mountain biking, and being in nature. He and his wife are perennial Burners. Nathan is also a psychonaut, procuring his own ceremonial medicines for fellow travelers.
Nathan has a history of athletics, including triathlon (Ironman distance) and rock climbing. He also served as a CrossFit coach for 6 years. He has dedicated himself to the study of exercise science and nutrition since he was 16 (yes, really).
In his spare time, he supports clients through fertility challenges, pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. He also supports fathers-to-be through the spiritual transformation of childbirth. He manages a private practice called Beloved Holistics, a private contract association. He also attends home births, and he provides collaborative care for midwives across the country who struggle to find a friendly OBGYN with whom to consult on clients. He also recently started training in jiu-jitsu.
He left the conventional medical model for a few reasons. For one, he was tired of renting out his time to bean counters and administrators at the minimum wage they could afford to pay him while maximizing profits for their c-suites. Second, he despises the insurance model that characterizes BigMed in the United States. Lastly, he was fired twice during the COVID pandemic. 1st: for calling medicare fraud on his hospital. 2nd: for taking off his mask while visiting with a dying 95-year-old on hospice.
And what if you never share your story? What if you never share your gifts? What if you feel frustrated because you are not feeling you are being paid abundantly?
Have you ever asked yourself those questions?
My client is launching a new offer and she was in her head wondering … If anyone will buy, if anyone will sign up, if her pricing is right, if she will lose people because she is creating a very specific course that won’t be for everyone.
We had to look at those stories and unpack them.
Why would she be afraid to share what really lights her up?
Why would she feel as a failure ? (if no one would buy)
Why is she trying to go cheap vs going with what she really wants to charge?
Your biz is your reflection and it will bring up all the doubts and fears...
Yet you get to look deeper on what you are feeling, thinking, and what’s coming up when you want to raise your prices, when you want to be sharing new service or product.
We were able to shift her mindset on how she sees herself and her offers.
Get really clear on who she really wants to be working with and why.
Looked at her limiting beliefs and why they came up now (reprogramming with NLP and somatic work helped).
And then she was able to create and sell-out program that was really on her heart.
Because she understood her power, her gifts, her voice, and knowing that only she can share with the world her impact.
What is coming up for you when you are launching, creating anything new or raising your pricing?
On this episode, we talked about:
Not looking for validation anymore
"What are we meant to do based on what we desire and how can we let it feel light?"
"I have this capacity to know that not everybody is going to be on board and I'm going to trigger people"

Would you like to be more magnetic?
Being magnetic, magnetism... we hear these and similar things so often lately.
What does that even mean?
I always tell my clients, it’s like cleaning up your front yard so you can see clearly where you are going.
It’s shedding those old layers of doubt, limiting beliefs and stepping into your own truth, being unapologetically YOU so you can BE who you came here to be.
And I know it sometimes isn’t easy...to see your own blind spots, to go even deeper into your own healing, because it feels like you have already been there and clear that..and now there is more..
That’s why I believe we get to surround ourselves with those who can see us and our blind spots, who can bring new vision and perspective so we can get back into the flow, to feel energized, clear and alive.
For that I have created one day mastermind. Magnetic you Mastermind.
Where we meet on a live zoom call (there will be a replay if you can’t be live) to mastermind and also get hot seat coaching from me, FB group for community and support, so you can have clarity on where your blocks might be, how to create even more ease, flow and abundance.
The investment is only $388 and because you are listening to it here please take $55 off as a gift from me to you and mee me on 12.12.23 😊
On this episode, we talked about:

Do you think scarcity is only about money?
Think again.
I hear from women who want to start their business or grow their business to say, I wish I would have more time.
One thing that pregnancy and having a daughter showed me is that it’s about priorities not about more time.
You will always make time for what really matters to you.
So the challenge is not to have more time.
The opportunity is to get crystal clear on what matters to you the most, and what will move the needle closer to where are you desiring to be?
Whether it’s higher income, serving more clients, more freedom, or more time with your loved ones.
Scarcity of time is a lie.
Today I’m inviting you to choose three priorities for your long-term goals, three priorities for short-term goals and three priorities for today.
And you will see how much more aligned, abundant and free you will feel.
What do you wish to have more of these days?
