God has designed us for more than our current spiritual experience. Understanding means truly comprehending God's Word, while knowledge comes through study and life experience. Instruction involves receiving correction and guidance from God, even when uncomfortable. Good judgment requires making decisions based on future outcomes rather than living only in the moment. Discernment develops through intimate relationship with Jesus, knowing what pleases Him. Spiritual growth happens through daily choices - each godly decision draws us closer to God and leads to the abundant life He has planned for us.
