I was privileged to meet 12 other amazing individuals.  They are strong, they are becoming and they have and are overcoming.  I am so grateful to have met each one of them . 

Have you ever felt like maybe something was a little off for you?  I have.  And when I feel that way, I need to step back, analyze and try to figure out the why.  Regardless, recognition is key to moving forward.  

Did you know that Michelle Obama at one time was uncomfortable as the first lady?  It was new.  She hadn't been the First Lady before.  Her book Becoming, is so good!  You are enough as you are, and we are all BECOMING a Made for More version of ourselves.  

Isn't Gratitude a gift?  We have so much.  In retrospect of what we have, enjoy and know as our normal, let's reflect and be grateful.  

Do you ever feel humdrum?  Like this is all there is to life?  Remember you are not a wasteland.  

Have you wondered the Why behind holidays, especially Veteran's Day.  Well here is a little history for you!  Enjoy.  And now that you've been reminded, let's level up as citizens of the United States of America, whatever you beliefs or values.  Stand for them!

Suicide is something that we don't like to speak of.  But we need to.  Connecting with others is part of our human nature.  As a society we can be more in tune and as aware as possible to support and love on those around us.  

As individuals today, we are bombarded, sometimes even hostage to our own complicated schedules and commitments.  This is permission for YOU to evaluate what serves your and where you are, and what you could let go of.  Through simplicity we find joy!  We find that we are made for more because we create space and time to allow our own potential to grow.  

I have been privy to a few births as a nurse.  And also the passing from this life to the next.  Both are miraculous and celebrations in their own right.  I'd love a moment to walk down what a celebration of life might look like, and ask if you are celebrating your life as you should?
