My guest today is Colleen McCloskey. Colleen is a true believer in intuitive thinking as a way to become more in touch with the life you’re living. She is a spiritual life coach, occupational therapist, Reiki practitioner, personal trainer, and runs the online community Soulbrite, which aims to help people live their lives mindfully and with intention. We discuss how Colleen first came to the realization that she was an intuitive thinker, the deep connection between intuition and meditation, and how we can get over certain attachments to really connect to our inner selves.

Colleen has been using her special penchant for intuition since childhood.  She has lived much of her life using this unique way of navigation. Lucky for us, she also uses her gift to help others and uses the Soulbrite program to explore the ins and outs of spiritual enhancement. She combines Reiki, meditation, the laws of attraction, and more to tap into a deeper spirituality and higher consciousness.
