After three episodes in January, I went quiet.
Not because I didn’t care. Not because I was done.
But because life required recalibration.
In this episode of Made Strong, I’m sharing what’s been happening behind the scenes — from pouring into speaking events, to beginning hormone replacement therapy, to navigating the very real need to advocate for my own health.
We talk about:
• Why I chose to start HRT
• The importance of comprehensive labs and asking better questions
• The reality that the healthcare system is often reactive, not proactive
• Why women must be willing to advocate for themselves
• How Lent is the perfect season to reflect, refine, and reset
Lent invites us to examine what needs to be removed and what needs to be strengthened. I can’t think of a better metaphor for our health.
I also share details about my upcoming virtual event, Fix Your Gut, Transform Your Life on March 5, as well as the 7-Day Fiber Reset happening March 9–15.
If you’d like more information about the March 5 event or the Fiber Reset, email me at [email protected] or follow me @jamiekuenzie on social.
Sometimes strength doesn’t look like pushing harder.
It looks like recalibrating with intention.
You were made strong. Let’s live like it.
