For most of us our comfort zone is in being the “helper” instead of the one needing to be helped. This is your reminder that the most important thing in a relationship is honesty, and to be honest you have to share your true self- *all* sides of it.

Have you ever felt less than? Non valuable? Timid? I’ve been there. This mindset shift has been the biggest catapult for generating authentic confidence in my value.

You’re not alone- I’ve felt this way a lot in my life. This is the beautiful reminder I was given and preach to myself when I feel distant from the standard the world calls “normal”.

Bullying is taught, not born. Which means we have the power to teach a new, more powerful language- love.

The world will try and get you to buy the belief you can’t trust yourself. But your inner knowing? Is the most important voice to trust. That’s God in you- nudging you toward what He needs you to hear. Get quiet. Lean in. Trust it. You can trust yourself.

So many of us walk away from faith because we think it’s a list of rules to keep up with. God what’s your heart first. He wants a relationship with you first. Wanting to abide by his word is a byproduct of starting a relationship with Him.
