Madeline is an amazing lady with a sharp mind and a healer of the heart. She is a mental performance coach at the Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania attending to the needs of 18 sport teams and their coaches.
In this episode we touched important subjects and her experience with student athletes. She also has a MindWiseMentor method which she applies to her clients. Written a book of the Highly Sensitive Athlete and is overall just an amazing person.
Unbecoming of the Conditioned Athlete is a must in this era we are all in. Knocking down these walls of conditions that athletes cannot be sensible or in need of help. We are way beyond these stigmas and traditions that harm and hurt the mental health of so many athletes.
We can only do it together. Which was actually always the case. It's just that to many negative patterns got involved and ego wanted to prevail.
We touched these and many other crucial subjects of mental health. How to use the Human Design method and Numerology Archetype in order to lean in, go through - which is the only way out of your negative emotions. Shifting from fear / shame / guilt towards more positive aspects of life such as joy / love / peace. Having the highest intention to learn / grow and build your own mental / energy resilience.
Achieving that poise with breathing as Madeline presented her easiest breath exercise of counting to 4 inhale, hold to 7, exhale to 8 Please use your nose. It's right there in front of your face. That is the solution.
Enjoy as we did :)
