Hundreds braved the bitter cold Sunday afternoon and gathered outside the state Capitol to protest ICE’s violent crackdown in Minneapolis.

It was organized just one day after Border Patrol officers shot and killed Alex Pretti, an ICU nurse who grew up in Green Bay.
