Paul has confirmed that the church is one body, unified by the Holy Spirit. In this passage, we learn that this unity is also the work of the Lord Jesus from heaven. There is one body of Christ, the Church. And this church has been given the gift of the Holy Spirit. But Christians are also commanded to strive for the unity that has been given to us. In this sermon, we learn how to live out that unity.
