Having these broad conversations around the police and the criminal justice system is a good start but in order to transform our communities we will have to dig deeper. And it will hurt some feelings.

There was something that most people won’t talk about that happened here as a result of the unrest but it’s huge. Baby steps to systemic change are BIG • police departments will attract different types of people because now they have to accept being on camera 24/7 and that’s a great thing.
