We talk about some of the updates from the Magento Open Source Community Alliance and then go into a great conversation with long-time Magento Community member Aron Stanic from Inchoo. We discuss all the changes in the community over the years as well as the state of Magento and its brand. 

Building a community is not easy, we have the luxury of a vibrant community that exists. The Magento Association needs to start asking: Why do you want to be part of our community? Are we fulfilling our mission? Have we asked the community if we are fulfilling our mission? Answering these questions will help you get started on the right track.
