The enemy likes to bring us down when you are weary and have pain. And we need to use the Bible so that we will not be defeated or let the devil tear us apart. We need to stand up and fight and we don't fight alone.

God's power shows up in our weaknesses. Our weaknesses can be come our strengths

Gentleness is needed when we interact with others in our everyday life. It is so important to make sure that everyone is treated kindly and with gentleness.

It is important to stick to Jesus in every area of our life whether we are going through pain or loss or have had lack of sleep, sickness. We need to stick close to Jesus. It is so important to have the fruit of the Spirit. One of the fruit of the spirit is gentleness. And oh some days we have to ask for the gift of gentleness when we are going through a hot day or a difficult day and difficult time of sickness in our life.
