Your intuition is the language of your higher self and I like to think of our higher selves as our connection to the divine, to source, to the universe, to god.

Today I thought it would be fun to talk about the subconscious mind. The mind is your most powerful tool. It can either be used to create the life of your dreams or it can be used to convince yourself to settle for the conditioned and programmed version of your life.

I set an intention to manifest my soulmate but I realized that to do that, I had to hold myself accountable to being the woman that I would need to be for that to happen. This is when my view of relationships shifted.

I spent most of my childhood in and out of doctors offices. But thanks to mindset work and learning how to address my limiting beliefs, I was able to manifest a strong, healthy lifestyle!

The self healing journey marks the beginning of your inner healing path but there is a lot more to it than that!
