Hello! It has been soooo long since I recorded an episode. I have so many episodes floating in my head that is just waiting to be recorded but life has been lifing lately. I went on a business trip to San Diego CA and did a meditation at the beach! Actually, I did 2 but I only recorded one of them. This one is a little rough BUT that is the beauty of going with the flow, everything doesn't always turn out as expected but you still have to find the beauty in the journey! I am still grateful for this experience, and I will talk about the trip in the next "Finding Your Magical Moment" Episode!
