Colorado went ahead and changed the world (again) on Election Day.  Mushrooms, DMT, Ayahuasca are all now decriminalized and an entire underground mental health movement is coming into the light.

My friend Sheva Pekar, of Psycann Advisors, is a leader on the frontlines of both the Cannabis & Psychedelic Movements in Colorado. If you're curious about what Prop 122 means for Colorado (and eventually the rest of the country) take a listen.

We discuss: what is legal, how to get involved, why mushrooms are first, and the lessons learned from legalizing cannabis.

When you have an older brother who has NO FEAR you grow up seeing magic happen all the time. In this episode we go back in time... to San Francisco in the early 90's. For Amy's Punk Rock brother... a magical combination of events and bravado lead to an incredible moment that begs the question.."how did you not die?!" For anyone who has questioned whether they should take a leap of faith, this episode is for you.

If you want to check out my brother's band Low Bote - here is their latest video and it's amazing. Created during Covid 19.

Would you like to believe in magic? Have you ever experienced a moment of synchronicity? Something so coincidental that it feels magical? Maybe you’ve seen 11:11 one too many times and you’re starting to wonder what it all means. Get inspired by listening to stories of magic. Recorded in December 2019 and feeling wildly optimistic at this point.

It's now March 2020 and the world has changed since the first Episode... and maybe the need for magic is even greater now. In this Episode I share a crazy magical story that happened in December. I also reflect on why we tend to put off doing the things that are the most important to us. Going for our dreams is not easy but Liz Gilbert (Eat, Pray, Love) created a blueprint for me to follow on my path to living a creative life. Her book Big Magic was so influential in my life.
