This episode tells a story of how I felt betrayed by my body and eventually learned to build a relationship with her. I begin with childhood and bring the story all the way into present day. I think most of us have stories about our bodies and the discomforts of life, so I wanted to share mine. It’s one thing to be a tomboy when you’re growing up and you’re not “girly” enough.
