If you feel empowered show that with your hands, your feet, and your whole body. If you feel less than, then show that with your body, make yourself small, maybe roll into a ball. Just show your emotions throughout this.

Experiencing our emotions, which is often the opposite of what we want to do helps us release them. It helps us to feel better.

Having an autoimmune disease is not easy, however learning to deal with it and learning to read the signs of my body of when it is acting up in my body, has been the greatest gift for me. 

Listening to our bodies, when they whisper instead of when they scream, can make all of the difference for our body. 

I appreciate now the messages my body gives me so that I can learn to treat her the way she deserves to be treated.
