I ran away from Israel the moment my body was in a trauma state of freeze when war broke out, and asked everyone else their advice, and now I dance and sing in the safe shelter with my kids while missles fly past us.
I learned how to go into my body. I learned how to regulate on my own. I learned how to reach answers, solutions, healing through mind, body and soul, all through going inside.

In this Masterclass I will teach you the amazing tool of connecting with your inner child. Connecting with her will give you answers you were always looking for. I welcome you to do this somatic practice, take just 4 minutes to it and experience it fully. Show your emotions while you do this exercise. If you feel empowered show that with your hands, your feet, and your whole body. If you feel less than, then show that with your body, make yourself small, maybe roll into a ball. Just show your emotions throughout this.

Experiencing our emotions, which is often the opposite of what we want to do helps us release them. It helps us to feel better.

About our episode today: 
Having an autoimmune disease is not easy, however learning to deal with it and learning to read the signs of my body of when it is acting up in my body, has been the greatest gift for me. 

Listening to our bodies, when they whisper instead of when they scream, can make all of the difference for our body. 

I appreciate now the messages my body gives me so that I can learn to treat her the way she deserves to be treated.

Listen to this episode even if your body doesnt scream with an autoimmune disease. Listen when she whispers so that she doesnt need to scream.
