Tool Alert: Write down all of who God says you are (you can start in Ephesians 1-2 or Romans 8) on a piece of paper - you can also write "I am" or "You are" in the middle of the paper. Place the piece of paper where you can see or easily access it every day (I recommend putting it up where you know you will see and read it every day).
