Mothers, be ready to teach the Bible at every opportunity and in every activity of life

How are we to prepare our hearts for communion? I Corinthians 11:27-29 suggests at least the following two ways: 1) We must examine ourselves and 2) We must discern the Lord's body.

The Christian life is a life of work. We cannot please God through laziness.

I. The Christian life begins through faith - Ephesians 2:1-10

II. The Christian life continues through faith - (Various Scriptures that exhort us not to faint but to trust God!)

He is Risen - He is Risen indeed!

Paul gloried in the cross! Do you?

Galatians 6:14, "But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world."

The heart attitude of Christian worship is realized by not confusing the forms of worship with the essence of worship!

The attitude of christian contentment is characterized by two life changing thoughts:

1. God will never leave me or forsake me! Hebrews 13:5-6

2. Material things will never satisfy me! I Timothy 6:6-10

A Steward's attitude is characterized by the following 2 thoughts:

1. God has entrusted everything I have to me. It is not mine; it is His.

2. God will hold me accountable for everything He has entrusted to me

3. Jesus teachers us the attitude of a Christian sojourner - Matthew 6:19-24
