Key Learnings:

1. If your life is really full, it can be difficult to prioritize self-care. Yet, the more you take care of your life, the more life will take care of you!

2. When you believe that taking care of yourself will come back to you ten-fold, it makes it much easier to do!

3. Here are the self-care affirmations: I take care of my body. My body takes care of me. I take care of my emotions. My emotions take care of me. I take care of my mind. My mind takes care of me. I take care of my spirit. My spirit takes care of me. I take care of my creativity. My creativity takes care of me. I take care of my intuition. My intuition takes care of me. I take care of my money. My money takes care of me. I take care of my business. My business takes care of me. I take care of my dreams. My dreams take care of me. I take care of my spiritual connection. My spiritual connection takes care of me. I take care of my life. My life takes care of me. The more I take care of myself, the more I am taken care of. And so it is.

1. Almost every book on manifestation teaches that you must feel as is you already have or are the thing you desire. But that can feel challenging if you have never experienced it before.

1. Visualization and affirmations are powerful tools, but only if they help you to practice having or being what you want. The more you visualize, the more normal your goals will feel.

2. If you feel excited or ecstatic about your manifestation happening, you aren’t quite there yet. You want it to feel normal to you, just another day in your miraculous life. Be grateful for sure, but not surprised. That is how you up level your life.

Did you know that gratitude is the frequency of miracles?

Rather than focusing on external things to be grateful for, this week I wanted to help you focus on the inner things to be grateful for!

1. When you experience challenges with manifesting, there is a voice that will start telling you why you are having problems. That voice sounds reasonable, but it is NOT the reason you are having problems.

2. When you do something simple, like stopping to breathe, you stop that voice from being so dominant and can begin to hear the voice of truth.

3. The reason you feel stuck is not logical. It is emotional or energetic. It won’t be solved by the logical mind. But you can USE the logical mind to help redirect your energy. If this is you, reach out to me or someone who specializes in this type of work, and get the help you deserve.

Are you feeling unsettled after the US election? If you find yourself feeling worried, scared or angry, this episode is for you.

This is a very personal episode. Honestly, I was a little hesitant to share it. But Mother Mary asked me to share my personal experience because She felt it would be helpful to other highly sensitive souls, so here goes.

In this episode, I share how the election results impacted me, and the miraculous message I received from Mother Mary. I share Her message in a meditation so you can receive Her healing words too.

Whether you have been impacted by the election, by the illness of a loved one, by a natural disaster or any other event that has you feeling scared, please know that I am holding space for you, and that Mother Mary has your back.

 

Key Learnings:

1. When you experience a BIG emotional response to something…wait. Chances are there are old hurts or unresolved feelings that are coming to the surface. It is important to honor those feelings, but not to make big decisions until they subside.

2. I see the election results through the eyes of addiction and twelve-step recovery. Knowing that has given me enormous freedom and peace, and has helped me accept a choice I don’t understand.

3. Just when I was feeling most distraught, I heard and felt Mother Mary’s message to Juan Diego, as if She was whispering it in my ear. “Am I not here who am your Mother? What else do you need?”

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in a story that feels both disempowering and true.

I have tried every technique out there to shift out of painful stories, and the one I found the most effective, the most healing, and the easiest has been spiritual journaling.

I promised you I would share the four ways journaling magnifies your spiritual growth, and I do, but I also wanted to share why learning how to change your story is so near and dear to my heart..

In this episode, I share my own experience of feeling stuck in a painful story that I didn’t know how to shift, and why teaching you how to do it is so important to me.

1. Before recording this episode, I realized I needed to share why changing your story is so important to me. I used to feel trapped in disempowering stories for most of my life. Little by little I learned how to change them, until I learned about the power of spiritual journaling. That is what helped me the most.

2. When you learn spiritual journaling, you learn how to coach yourself. It is the fastest and easiest way to shift your energy and change your story, which changes your outcome.

3. The four ways journaling magnifies your spiritual growth are 1) brings you into the present moment 2) It helps you to become honest with yourself 3) It leaves a trail of evidence that helps build your faith 4) It connects you directly to Spirit and the field of infinite possibilities.

Key Learnings:

1. Because we live in a world that does not honor the feminine, women tend to have lower self-esteem. That is why saying affirmations about deserving the things you desire is so important.

2. Louise Hay, author of the classic book You Can Heal Your Life, wrote the Deservability Treatment I read today. When you affirm your worth, your deservability, that sets the stage for all your other affirmations to manifest.

3. The Deservability Treatment is from page 12 in the Love Yourself, Heal Your Life workbook. Here is my adapted version: I am deserving. I deserve ALL good.

In my mind, I have total freedom. 

I am now moving into a new space of consciousness where I am willing to see myself differently. I am willing to change.

I am willing to create new thoughts about myself and about my life. 

My new thinking becomes new experiences.

I know and affirm that I am one with the Prospering Power of the Universe.

As such, I now prosper in all ways. 

The totality of possibilities lies before me. 

I deserve a miraculous life.

I deserve an abundance of love. I deserve good health. 

I deserve joy and happiness.

I deserve to live well and to prosper.

I deserve peace and ease.

I deserve freedom to be all that I can be.

I deserve ALL good!

The Universe is now manifesting my new beliefs!

I accept this abundant life with joy, pleasure and gratitude.

 am deserving. I accept it. I know it to be true.
