Ohmio makes autonomous electric vehicles which it sees as a first and last mile mode of transport to and from large bus stations or ferry terminals or carparks at airports. Ohmio vehicles follow a virtual track, and are able to connect with other vehicles, infrastructure and traffic management systems. The technology was originally created by HMI Technologies, an innovator of Intelligent Transport Systems.
