Joined by my roomie/bestie Matt again for today's episode where we catch up on all the productive things we've done around the house recently, my latest sleep walking quirk, and our quest for better sleep hygiene. Also talking about how to deal with feeling like you're constantly taking 2 steps forwards and 3 steps back in life, whether it be in your journey of career, love, or self-discovery. 

Today I'm talking about my history of wishing I could fast forward and jump to a future chapter. As I've gotten older, time moves so much quicker and I've realized how important it is to be present in whatever season of life you're in. That's why I'm trying to hold onto this summer for as long as possible (and how I'm doing it). Also recapping a wholesome weekend and revisiting old hobbies. 

I have nothing of real importance to say this week other than that I'm happy, my nails are short and naked, Kate, Matt, and I "started a band," and I wish I could hold onto these times and summer forever. 

Discussing the age old question I just can't seem to escape: how do you achieve work life balance when work feels inescapable? I don't have a perfect answer but I do have some thoughts. Also recapping a sailboat engagement party and the captain who ate all our food.

It's the last week before I'm in the last week of my twenties babyyy! Reflecting on why I used to always get the birthday blues and how I made it to the other side. Also recapping my year based on what my tarot cards told me. 

It might be time for yet again, another content rebrand. At least this one is rooted in wellness and not chaos. Also an update on how living in sin is going and how I plan on maintaining my independence and alone time.
