(From the Foundational Truth Archive of 09/23/09) One of the installments from the "Image" series of programs, this episode deals with the fragmentation of the Church of Jesus Christ and some of the solutions needed. It is unity that those outside of Christ need to see as well as those who are in the Body already.

Warfare Pt 3: If we are to fight, we need to understand the realities and terms of our warfare. In this episode, we begin to explore the difference between spiritual strategies and tactics. The two books that the enemy used to reveal his battle plan and weapons are also fully revealed and discussed.

Continuing with the discussion of our ancient enemy, we need to understand what he wants. What are his strategic goals? How does he define victory? What is central to his battle plan?

At this point, there can be no doubt that we are at war. If we are to be successful, we must have good strategy and tactics. This series of programs addresses spiritual warfare in very practical ways and gives insight into the differences between the enemy's tactics and the Lords. Today, we begin with a discussion of some of the enemy's strategies and tactics along with the dangers for us as followers of Christ inherrent in them.

Mental illness is a growing issue in our society as is how we treat those with these problems. How does the church score on that count? Where could we do better?

There are times to take a stand and times to let it go. When we don't know the difference and allow it to interfere with our relationships with other believers, then we move into a dangerous area. How do we balance the need for fellowship with other believers with standing for truth? Are we always certain we're right?

Continuing with yesterday's topic, we exam the issues of defiling the marriage bed and covenant with willful sexual impurity. In, we look at how the scriptures are twisted to create a web of deceit that allows this vile sin to continue and even grow in the pews. Where is the culture headed? How can the church respond, especially to the sin within our walls?

Re-Post: If we wish to have a good solid marriage, there are truths to be understood. At the root of all arguments about marriage is the nature of the institution. Before we can stand up for families and marital purity, we must understand what we are seeking and standing up for.

We all pray for revival, sometimes even begging for it. Do we really know what we're asking for? If we did, would we still ask?
