Pastor Staten preaches that the second coming of the Lord is near and that the outpouring of the Holy Spirit will give us comfort and peace. This will release us from bondage. We must prepare ourselves spiritually, for the that day is the day we join Jesus our Creator and God.

Pastor Staten preaches that in this world the real purpose of the Christian Church is sumed up to 2 words. That is "Preach Jesus". That there is something about the name of Jesus. Everything in our lives as Christians is all about the name of Jesus. That when we say the name of Jesus nothing is impossible. That Jesus is the answer!

Pastor Staten's very interesting message this morning is titled "Foundation for Faith: What Faith is Built Upon".

Highlights:

- The Bible is the recorded word of God.

- Spiritual life cannot be built upon emotion.

- Prayer and faith go together

- If the enemy can keep you ignorant of God's word, he can keep you unwise and negatively influence your life.

- The word of God gives you a solid foundation. God's word can fix any problems and build upon your Faith.

Bishop Jayroe teached that God promises plentiful blessings in our lives. As Christians we must come quick to the throne of God. The time is near that the coming of Jesus to welcome His Bride to join Him in HIs throne. Heaven is where will be. Heaven is our HOME.

There are times where things seem impossible. What can be done? God is always there. He understands our problems. Bishop Aubrey Jayroe presents a lesson on the Tabernacle plan and sacrifice. If we seek God, things will come to us in unexpected ways.

Pastor Staten's message this morning was "looking unto Jesus". Jesus said you must be born again because we are born in sin. You cannot discipline your mind, heart, and mouth with human powers. Look unto Jesus to be born again.

Brother Roberts' message this morning was "Jesus: The Author and Finisher of our Faith". Look to Jesus to rewrite the story of your life. God does not write the confusion and chaotic stories of your life. He's the author of Salvation

Pastor Staten teaches us that our potential is great for the Kingdom of God. But we have to first humble ourselves by denying our flesh. Putting God first and self last, being more dependent on God.

Brother Rick Garza's message this morning is on "Meditating on the Word". If you want to follow Jesus, you must follow His ways. Lower your "garbage intake" (TV, gossip, dirty jokes, etc) by picking up the bible and focusing on His word and fellowship. Meditating will help you if you give the time to open and read His Word.... By meditating on the Word and shutting out the negative influences in the world, you are making yourself closer to God. Check out Phillippians 4:8
